PIP, APK & PMP

PROACTIVE INSPECTION PROGRAM (PIP)

The PIP program is an early-detection inspection program that will identify potential maintenance, upgrade and repair options for Chick Master incubation and ventilation equipment.

A Chick Master trained engineer will visit your site at a convenient time, perform a professional multi-point inspection of each type of incubation or ventilation equipment, and send you a detailed list of recommendations to improve the performance of your hatchery equipment. Customers who take advantage of this program and act upon the recommendations will realize better performance, less downtime, and predictable maintenance windows for their equipment. Effectively, the program is free. The initial cost of the inspection is recovered through an account credit that equals the cost of the inspection.

ANNUAL PARTS KIT PROGRAM (APK)

Genuine Chick Master parts hatched directly on your doorstep every quarter!

The Annual Parts Kit (APK) program is a subscription-based parts delivery service that provides you with the right parts to keep your incubation equipping running at top performance year after year. Every year, we do an Annual Check-up visit to your hatchery where we do a detailed inspection of your machines, review your spares, and talk through any issues that you might be facing with your Chick Master equipment. Every quarter, we deliver a kit of replacement parts along with detailed instructional videos and installation sheets. We deliver parts quarterly so that you can spread preventative maintenance tasks over the course of the year.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (PMP)

Preventative maintenance is an important and often overlooked aspect of hatchery maintenance that will prolong the life expectancy of your equipment and ensure they are kept running at maximum capacity and peak performance for longer.

Chick Master can provide a technician to assist or lead the work. This allows your staff to focus on reactive or operational tasks within the hatchery, with the peace of mind the machines are taken care of. If during the visit any other maintenance issues are identified this will be highlighted to your staff, or corrected if time allows.
