Chick Master Avída single-stage turkey systems guarantee optimum air flow through the eggs by placing only one trolley on each side of the paddle fan. Combined with the heavy duty central turning system that can be programmed for frequent action, Chick Master Avída setters can offer consistent and even temperatures throughout.

Avída incubators use Genesis multi-section controls that handle up to 60,480 turkey eggs, in individually controlled sections of 6 trolleys, safely and efficiently.

The Classic C504 has a central access corridor that allows easy access for maintenance,
 cleaning and loading.

The Multi-Stage Fixed-Rack setter for Chick Master 120 and 46 egg turkey flats is a proven system recognized for its flexibility and simplicity. It incorporates the new highly efficient CyclomistTM humidity system that eliminates the need for compressed air.

2 Zone Cooling, improved ventilation, Genesis Control and reduced maintenance are a few more reasons to make this setter a classic.

BUCKEYE SERIES
Roll-In Multi-Stage Turkey Setters

Multi-stage setter featuring multi-zone control with a wide range of capacities giving superior performance year after year.

Buckeye series B16 T has a central access corridor that allow easy access for
maintenance, cleaning, egg inspection and loading.

The Buckeye B16T-120 has a capacity of 53,760 eggs and features a central access corridor allowing maintenance, cleaning and loading while running. The lightweight aluminum trolleys are turned with a highly efficient central turning system powered by two electric actuators, one each side of the cabinet.

Multi-bladed impeller fans mounted on bio-secure plastic fan boards above the central corridor provide an even air distribution. A compressor is not required as a small electric pump powers the CyclomistTM humidity system and injects a fine mist into the airflow.

The Genesis multi-zone controls give the Buckeye system the flexibility to produce top quality poults.
