Chick Master Combination Setter/Hatchers
were created with smaller scale professional chicken, turkey, duck,
geese or quail producers in mind. When used for multi-staged setting
of eggs, they provide a continuous weekly hatch of chicks. These compact
and efficient units have also proven to be very useful for research
and development projects.
The C400 has separate setter
and hatcher compartments that are completely isolated from each
other and have separate paddle fans, heating, cooling and alarm
systems. The C160 and C80 models set and hatch in different sections
of the same compartment.
The greatest emphasis has
been placed on hygiene control with the widespread use of food grade
materials such as stainless steel. All combination setter/hatchers
feature durable cabinet walls constructed from plastic covered metal
over an insulated core. This provides a food grade easy clean surface
inside and out, with a galvanized floor for extra strength. Trolleys
and dollies are easily removable for total hygiene control.
