A6 Avida S Single-Stage Setter

Chick Master's "S" Series Avída Single-Stage Setters have been specifically designed to accept the 'Smith' 150 egg tray and all other similar trays in today's market. The position of the trays in the trolley in relation to the paddle fan ensures optimum airflow through the eggs, even when turned.

Avida 'S' Systems provide the perfect solution for those who would like the enhanced performance of the renowned Chick Master Avída series while utilizing the 150 egg traying system. it is especially convenient
for those who already use this tray with other incubation systems. Ultra-hygienic design and construction ensure the highest levels of
bio-security and performance at all times. According to trials, based on field-trials involving more than 10 million eggs, Avída is consistently the highest performing setter in the industry. After incubation the effect goes on - birds grow quicker, reach their target weight sooner and with lower mortality. Each six trolley section is controlled independently. Multi-section controls give Avída S Setters the ability to handle up to 115,200 eggs in one unit both safely and efficiently. To take advantage of Programmable Ventilation Control, Avída setter cabinets are fully sealed permitting CO2 to reach optimum levels especially during the first few days of incubation. The position of each trolley in relation to the paddle fan places one trolley on each side. This ensures optimum air flow through the eggs. Combined with the heavy duty turning system that can be programmed for frequent action, Chick Master Avída setters virtually eliminate hot and cold spots common in other single-stage equipment.

Our new turning system is bio-secure and energy efficient. Maintenance is easy because most of the system is positioned outside the cabinet.

Chick Master Avída Series Setters are designed for bio-security. Many internal fixtures and fittings are made of stainless steel to reduce the areas where bacteria can breed.
