BUCKEYE
SERIES Multi-stage setter featuring multi-zone control with a wide range of capacities giving superior performance year after year. Chick Master Buckeye series of Multi- Stage Roll-In setters is a name recognized for over one hundred years as quality incubation equipment. Today's Buckeye setter is very different from its predecessors, but still features a central access corridor allowing maintenance, cleaning and loading while running. The roll-in trolleys are turned with a highly efficient central turning system powered by two electric actuators. Multi-bladed impeller fans mounted on bio-secure plastic fan boards above the central corridor provide even air distribution. Heating is introduced by electric elements mounted around the fan assembly. Cooling is achieved by a controlled flow of cold water through efficient finned copper coils. There is no need for a compressor since a small electric pump powers the CyclomistTM humidity system and injects a fine mist into the airflow. Each section of the setter consists six trolleys. These sections have independent temperature probes to ensure precise regulation of the environment. The range contains 12, 18 and 24 trolley models with capacities ranging from 56,000 to 126,720 eggs. The Buckeye series offers years of proven success with exceptional hatchability, low maintenance and high energy efficiency. Chick Master Buckeye Series Setters (incorporating the BuckeyeMaster range) are designed for bio-security with all components accessible for easy cleaning. Chick Master lightweight bolt together trolleys are built with aluminum for easy maneuverability and strength. Farm to hatchery and Farm to Setter trolley options are also available saving labor and reducing egg handling to a minimum. Chick Master offers a wide range of tray options to suit the preferences of today's poultry industry. All trays have been designed to work with modern hatchery automation and vaccination systems.
